We designed the ARZ Efficient house to have very low energy consumption, thanks to its bioclimatic design and detailed envelope analysis.

The walls are made of HCCA (e:25cm) insulation without thermal bridges for the exterior walls, with EIFS in the structural reinforcements. Openings with RPT and DVH optimized to favor cross ventilation. Solar protections calculated to allow solar radiation to enter in winter and avoid summer radiation. Water care and recovery.
