From the Studio we designed the “ZERO ENERGY” Office Building for AERCOM S.A. The proposal comprises an institutional building, with low energy demands as a result of its bioclimatic design, natural and artificial lightning analysis and its detailed and efficient exterior cladding analysis in order to obtain an A Level on IRAM Guidelines. 

 

Additional strategies taken into consideration were water conservation, waste management, renewable energy integration and efficient equipment. In average the building will annually produce with its photovoltaic panels the same amount of energy that it will consume.
