Alba House

This house was designed for a young couple therefore it has to be able to adapt to their current dynamics as well as theirs's future family dynamic, which results in a bioclimatic and efficient house with multiple construction stages.

The design pursues satisfactory natural lighting to grant cosy rooms, incorporating necessary sun shadings as part of the architectural design, as well as photovoltaic panels which are placed in accordance with the roof declination.

With the inclusion of multiple sources of renewable energy such as Geothermal energy for the heating and Solar-powered hot water service, this project significantly reduces the emission of greenhouse gases.
